How do I connect my GetYourGuide products to Explorates?

GetYourGuide is one of the leading online travel agencies for activity bookings. Explorates lets you connect your products to GetYourGuide so that availability and prices are managed in one place, from Explorates. Here are the steps.

1. Connect your GetYourGuide account to Explorates

To offer your products on GetYourGuide, open Distribution then Resellers in the Explorates sidebar.

You will see every distribution channel Explorates supports. Click GetYourGuide.

You then land on the GetYourGuide page, with two options depending on your situation.

• If you already have a GetYourGuide supplier account, click Connect to GetYourGuide, accept the terms and move straight on to the next step.
• If you are not registered with GetYourGuide yet, click Sign up as a supplier and check that the information being sent is correct and up to date.

Once your information is sent, GetYourGuide takes several days to approve your account. You will be notified as soon as it is open.

2. Map your GetYourGuide products to Explorates

Create each of your products on GetYourGuide, with its title, description and photos. For each option of your GetYourGuide products, go to the Connectivity section, answer "Yes" to the question about using an online booking system and select "Explorates" in the list.

You then link that GetYourGuide option to the matching option in Explorates, using its identifier. You will find it on the option page in Explorates, next to the "ID" label. Copy it into GetYourGuide and click Continue.

Repeat for every option of every product. Synchronisation is not instant and can take a few hours.
