How do I see the history of changes made to a booking?

In the sidebar, open Orders, then click the number of the order concerned.

Scroll down to the activity log.

It retraces every event tied to the order and its bookings: the creation, the payments, the changes and the cancellations, with the date, the channel and the person behind each action.
