How do I customize my organization details?

In the left sidebar, open Settings, then General information.

The Organization information page holds everything that identifies you to your customers. These details are yours to manage and we do not review them.

General information

Your logo (PNG, JPG or SVG, 2 MB maximum) appears on booking confirmations and vouchers. You will also find the organization name, a short description of your business, and the prefix (8 characters maximum) shown in front of your order numbers. That field is optional.

Your organization ID is displayed on this page, with a button to copy it. It is what the Explorates WordPress plugin and your integrations ask for.

Contact

Contact email address, phone number and website.

Address

Street, additional address line, postal code, city and country.

Legal information

Legal name, company registration number, VAT number and billing email.

Finish with the Save button at the bottom of the page.
