How do I create my Explorates account?

You create your account online, without contacting us. From any page of our website, click Try for free. Signing up takes three steps.

1. Your details

Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then accept the terms of use. If you have a promo code, this is where you enter it.

2. Email verification

We send a six-digit code to the address you entered. Type it in to confirm your address. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder and use Resend code.

3. Your organization

Enter your organization name and your country, then click Complete signup.

Your account is created and your 30-day free trial starts. No credit card is required.

Every time you sign in, we email you a verification code in addition to your password. It is an extra layer of security for your account.
